OSHC Victoria Sub-committee

Providing a Strong Voice for Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee is a sub-committee of the Community Child Care Association (CCC) Board. Its members are financial members of CCC who are educators, users, sponsors or committee members of OSHC services that are not established for personal profit. The primary aim of the OSHC Vic Sub-Committee is to provide a dedicated voice for OSHC members to be heard within CCC.

OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee empowers and supports CCC to represent and speak on OSHC policy issues in CCC’s role as the peak body for all community owned education and care services in Victoria, and as the Victorian Branch of the National Out of School Hours Services Australia (NOSHSA).

It is vital that the not-for-profit community owned OSHC sector come together with a strong voice - with the growing need for before, after school care and vacation care, and the increasing interest in OSHC from all levels of government.

The Sub-committee meets once a term in Preston at the offices of CCC. Rural members are very welcome to attend or join in by phone.

If you are interested in participating in the OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee or if you would like more information, please contact Community Child Care Association on 03 9486 3455 or reception@cccinc.org.au.
