Julie Price — Executive Director
qualifications: Bachelor Behav Sc major Organisational Psychology and Social Consultancy (1st class hons)
Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
Diploma of Children’s Services
Julie started at CCC in mid 2016 to lead the establish and development of the Victorian Inclusion Agency. She has a long history of working for the not-for-profit sector. Her previous roles have given her a deep understanding of the community education and care sector, and current policy contexts. Julie set up and managed the Professional Support Coordinator Program Qld for the Health and Community Services Workforce Council. She worked as part of the leadership team for that organisation for nearly 10 years, managing workforce planning and development programs. Her other roles include four years as Director of Gowrie Qld’s Training and Consultancy unit. Prior to 1990, she worked as an educator and director in child care centres and family day care.
Julie’s vision is to build on the strong history of CCC as a leader and advocate for not-for-profit and community owned education and care services. She is committed to building on the transformational work of our previous Executive Director, Leanne Giardina, with whom she worked closely over the last two years. As the Executive Director, she will have significant ongoing involvement in the governance and leadership of the Victorian Inclusion Agency. -
Chiarina Holmes — Finance Officer
qualifications: Bachelor of Business in Accounting
Chiarina is the Finance Officer at CCC, having commenced in November 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a member of CPA Australia. Chiarina has more than 16 years’ experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining CCC, Chiarina worked for IWL and Niche Media.

Faye Sakaris — Inclusion Professional
Qualifications: Graduate Diploma in Community Development
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Faye has been working in the Children’s Services field for over 30 years, she has worked in a variety of different settings including LDC and Vac Care. She is passionate about gender equity, social justice and advocating for children with additional needs, particularly children from CALD backgrounds and children from Indigenous backgrounds. Faye has a wealth of knowledge and experience which she eagerly shares with the services that she supports.
Over the last 16 years Faye has been working in Inclusion Support, assisting services with children with additional needs. Faye has also been a board member for a variety of different organisations.
Faye joined CCC in 2016 as an Inclusion Professional as part of the Australian Government's Inclusion Support Program.

Joanne Thorne — Business Support Coordinator
qualifications: Certificate III Business
Joanne has been a part of the team at CCC since 2007 and is currently responsible for administering CCC’s website, electronic media and membership database. Joanne has a Certificate III in Business and over 20 years’ experience in administration, customer service, management and data collection.

Lauren Milton — Inclusion Professional
Qualifications: Diploma of Children's Services
Lauren joined the CCC team in July 2016 as an Inclusion Professional. Previous to this Lauren was an Inclusion Support Facilitator for 10 years in the Mildura region. Lauren is passionate about ensuring all children feel valued, respected and included in their environments.
Lauren completed a short course in 2015, Implement Strategies for the Inclusion of all Children, to further her knowledge and the support she is able to provide.
Lauren has experience in working in the Long Day Care sector as a group leader with all age groups (including school aged children) and has experience working as an Assistant Director.

Marli Traill — Professional Support Consultant
qualifications:
Diploma of Community Services (OSHC)
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
Marli has had over 40 years ‘extensive practical experience connecting with and supporting high quality education and care programs for children in kindergarten, long day care and outside school hours care settings with a focus on developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of educators, staff, and management teams in rural and metropolitan Victorian communities.
Her vision is to support a culture of collaborative learning communities strengthened through partnerships. Working at CCC since 2000, Marli has developed and supported inclusive safe environments of peer support via OSHC networks for educators, validating her understanding of the principles of adult learning that meet the individual learning styles of all participants.
Marli’s industry and community liaison work has shaped her role as a sought- after member on reference and focus groups. Her understanding and work with key stakeholders, including government, has expanded innovation in service practice of the highest quality.

Narelle McNaughton — Inclusion Professional
Qulaifications:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies
Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Special Education)
Narelle has as wide range of experience working in universal and specialist early childhood education and care settings. She has had hands on experience in kindergartens and long day care settings as an educator, a director, a coordinator of an after kindergarten care program, as well as experience with vacation care and in playgroups facilitating groups targeted to families from specific backgrounds such as those touched by ASD and vulnerable backgrounds. Narelle has also worked as a special educator in an Early Childhood Intervention Service, learning from a unique range of children, families and professionals. Narelle has worked in specialist ASD settings, providing links to resources and developing social skills programs to support families to have fun as they learn with their children.
Narelle enjoys engaging with educators, families and communities to influence change, through supporting access to available resources, identifying opportunities to build upon strengths and challenge practice. Narelle enjoys celebrating diversity and tackling a good challenge to achieve great outcomes for children, families and services.

Pina Cannata — Business Support Coordinator
qualifications: Bachelor of Business in Marketing
Pina is part of our administration team and has been with CCC since 2009. Pina is responsible for administering CCC's memberships, as well as all of the administration tasks related to our training projects, from the initial set up, right up to maintaining and ensuring the smooth running of all sessions. Pina has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, customer service and administration.
